All users of the HubSpot software can find their HubSpot ID (Hub ID) in the upper-right corner of the screen while logged in.

On some screens of the HubSpot Marketing software (like the HubSpot Dashboard), you can also find your Hub ID at the very bottom of your browser window near the Help button.

Why you would need your Hub ID

Every HubSpot customer has a Hub ID. This ID is the unique identifier in our system for the pages and analytics that you host on HubSpot. If you have more than one portal with HubSpot, each one has it's own Hub ID. HubID used to be called Portal ID. Here are a few reasons you'll need your Hub ID:

  • You will receive faster service from HubSpot Customer Support when you include your Hub ID with cases you submit.
  • It's helpful to know this when you call HubSpot as it helps us find your account faster.
  • You need this Hub ID to register for #InboundLearning webinars.
